Label info:
The following information must be provided to the exhibit coordinator prior to the deadline for the call for art. Please send the all information in this order for your submissions in the body of a single email or an online form (when a link is provided in the call). Be sure your vendor coordinator confirms receipt.
Only the artwork submitted to the exhibit coordinator will be accepted at the venue. Last minute substitutions may not be accepted.
Image Conventions
Some calls for art require that an image of the submitted work be included in your response. To ensure your work can be identified, it is important that the name of the file be in a specific format. The name of each image file submitted must include your last name, an underscore, and the name of the work. For example: YourLastName_NameOfWork.jpeg. Image files must be in a JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) format and should not exceed 2M in size.
Guidelines for Hanging
mounted within a frame. (Note: When selecting a substrate, please consider a material that will provide lasting value to the customer, ex. acid-free paper, resin coating, etc.). Fiber art is exempt from the frame requirement, provided that the art can tolerate crushing and bending and does not require the protection of a frame. Other exceptions are allowed if pre-approved by the venue coordinator and the item is not fragile. These rules
are intended to protect your art and to ensure the professionalism of the exhibit.
