call for art - POP-UP AT RUBY HOTEL & BAR

The Creative Arts Society is now accepting entries for the 2023 POP-UP AT RUBY HOTEL & BAR in Round Rock.

Members of the Creative Arts Society are asked to submit four images of their work for this unique pop-up opportunity. The images will be reviewed by the venue coordinator and the venue representative to make artist selections. These do not have to be the exact pieces you ultimately show but should be representative of your work. Since the time slots are limited, your submission does not guarantee you will be selected, but it would helpful to submit your work as soon as possible. If you are selected, you will be contacted to choose your time slot.

The following form is to be used for submitting your entries. Please be sure all information submitted is accurate and in the proper format or your submission may not be accepted. Refer to the Call for Art or contact the CAS exhibit coordinator, Kat Zinna ([email protected]) for submission details or more information.

Pop-Up *

The artist I understand this is a one day pop-up event.

Display *

I understand I am responsible to arrange my own artwork display at the venue with direction from the venue representative.

Signage: *

I understand I must provide my own art tags and signage. Signage should mention that this is a Creative Arts Society event.

Unframed Canvasses *

I understand it unframed, canvasses should be gallery wrapped and no less than 1” in depth. The sides must be painted - staples should not show.

Identification *

I will provide my business card or a label with my art including myr name, phone number and the name of the piece.
