call for art - REVEAL DENTAL

The Creative Arts Society is now accepting entries for four art exhibit opportunities at Reveal Dental.  Up to SIX artist will be selected to display their works for three months.  ​
  • Wednesday, March 9, 2023 until June 14, 2023. (10am change out)
  • Wednesday, June 14, 2023 until September 13, 2023. (10am change out)
  • Wednesday, September 13, 2023 until December 6, 2023 (10am change out)
  • Wednesday, December 6, 2023 until March 13, 2024  (10am change out)
The following form is to be used for submitting your entries. Please be sure all information submitted is accurate and in the proper format or your submission may not be accepted.  Refer to the Call for Art or contact the CAS exhibit coordinator for submission details or more information.

CAS Exhibit Guidelines

    Select the dates you are submitting your art for:
    Submit three examples of your work:
    Submission 1
    Max file size: 2MB
    IMAGE NAMING CONVENTION:  The name of your image file must include your last name and the name of the work.  For example: YourLastName_NameOfWork.jpeg
    Images must not exceed 2MB
    Submission 2
    Max file size: 2MB
    Submission 3
    Max file size: 2MB
    Please confirm that ALL pieces are ready to be displayed:
    If a piece does not meet all of the above requirements and the artist wishes to request an exemption, the burden is on the artist to email an exemption request, justification, an image of the piece and all of the contact, title, price and size info to the Venue Coordinator before the call closes.  Please also include a photo of the area that is under question (ex. frame, back of artwork, etc.) 

    Please do not bring the art in question to the venue unless the Venue Coordinator notifies you that the exemption has been approved and that the piece has been accepted.
