call for art - CAS ONLINE MARKET

The Creative Arts Society is now accepting entries for an Online Market. As this is different than our normal in-person exhibits, there are special requirements specific to an on-line market. Please be sure you have carefully read all the conditions listed in the Call for Art, including the following:

The cost for shipping should be included in the sales price of each work
You are responsible for shipping or delivering the purchased work to the buyer in a timely manner.
You will be provided the buyer's postal address as well as their telephone number. If you want to arrange a local pick-up with the buyer feel free to do so.
You are also responsible for providing CAS with the tracking number of the shipment or confirmation you have delivered the work to the buyer.
Sales taxes will be collected and passed on to you. You are responsible for paying the Comptroller.
CAS will retain 15% of the pre-tax price as our commission.
CAS will forward funds from the sales, less 15% and credit card fee, to you via PayPal or check within thirty days of receiving shipping confirmation (copy of shipping receipt) or delivery confirmation if hand delivered (signed customer receipt). When providing the Venue Coordinator with the shipping/delivery confirmation please also provide your preferred method of payment details.

IMAGE NAMING CONVENTION: Please ensure the images you submit meet the following criteria. The name of your image file must include your last name and the name of the work. For example: YourLastName_NameOfWork.jpeg
Images must not exceed 1MB
Images must be JPEG, JPG, or PNG. Images in the Apple HEIC format must be converted to JPEG before submitting. Instructions for converting HEIC to JPEG can be found at https://www.creativeartssociety.org/HEIC-Conversion-to-JPEG.html

Before you submit your works please verify everything is correct and the way you want it presented to the public. This includes spelling, grammar and capitalization. Also be sure your images have the correct naming convention and are no larger than 1M in size. Thanks!
