ARTUS Co Artwork Info (for cas to handle payments)
this form is only needed if you want cas to process your artus co sales. you do not need to fill out this form if you will be handling your own payments -or- if you want the gallery to handle payments for your art sales
note: you may submit this form if you would like to give the customer the option of either paying you directly or paying through the cas website.

The following form is to be used for submitting your entries for the payment page. Please be sure all information submitted is accurate as this info will be listed as is on the payment page. If you have more than five pieces of art to show, please submit the initial pieces and then reclick on the same link to use this form to submit additional pieces. Note in the "Additional Information" box the total number of pieces you want set up on the payment page.

Payments will be sent to the artists within a month of the show closing. CAS will collect the listed sale price plus sales tax. The artist will be sent the sale price minus 15% CAS commission plus the sales tax. The artist will be responsible for paying sales tax to the state. For example, if the art list price is $100, CAS will collect $108.25. CAS will send the artist $85 + $8.25 = $93.25. The artist must pay $8.25 in sales tax to the state. CAS will not charge the artist for the credit card fees. Credit card fees will be taken out of the 15% commission portion. CAS Venue Coordinators will not be charged the 15% CAS commission.

If a piece does not meet all of the above requirements and the artist wishes to request an exemption, the burden is on the artist to email an exemption request, justification, an image of the piece and all of the contact, title, price and size info to the Venue Coordinator before the call closes. Please also include a photo of the area that is under question (ex. frame, back of artwork, etc.)

Please do not bring the art in question to the venue unless the Venue Coordinator notifies you that the exemption has been approved and that the piece has been accepted.
