Display Booth Panel Rental
C.A.S. has purchased Pro Panels for a 10' x 10' booth set up. These panels are available for rental when not in use by the association.
The current fees are:
There will be a $300.00 deposit required as a damage deposit. This will be refunded upon return of ALL equipment in good order. Damage deposit must be submitted at the time of pickup of equipment.
In order to reserve dates of rental, submit a check for the full rental. This will be cashed upon receipt. A confirmation letter will be mailed to you stating: 1) you have paid; 2) you received the dates indicated and 3) next steps information.
To rent the panels please contact Sue Gilliam at 343-7268 or email Sue Gilliam. Please reserve your panels in advance to ensure that they are available when you need them.
One of our members generously submitted an image for us of how she used the panels when she rented them recently. As you can see they are able to hold a lot of paintings and can be arranged in a variety of ways to suit the individual event needs.
