Promotes good will for CAS in the community. Acts as liaison for community projects. Garners financial and other support from the community for CAS. Membership . Prepares a plan to increase/sustain membership. Keeps up-to-date records and name tags on all members. Collects annual dues. Secretary . Takes minutes of all meetings. Sends correspondence and maintains CAS records. Communications . Accepts and disseminates by e-mail all CAS and arts-related communications to members and web site contacts. Program Committee . Makes set-up arrangements for meetings and speakers. Arranges for workshops, paint-outs or other activities. Show Panels Committee . Stores show panels and is responsible for panel rental. Publicity Committee . Publicizes CAS activities in the community. Show & Exhibit Committees : Oversees planning and execution of CAS shows and exhibits. Finds and develops new show/exhibit sites. Keeps show/exhibit schedule. Hangs and takes down shows and exhibits. Hospitality Committee . Oversees hospitality at each meeting and show opening. Greets members and guests and arranges for refreshments. Web Site Committee . Coordinates timely input and changes to the CAS web site. Newsletter Committee .
